She tried designer showrooms but was let down by the hundreds of bland, overpriced, overproduced options — not to mention the unwelcome pressure from the salespeople. If the furniture was affordable, it would be poor quality. If it was higher quality, it would be overpriced. If it was custom-made to fit her family, it would take months to arrive.
Leaving empty-handed and full of frustration, Jessica knew there had to be a better way. If she couldn’t find a company that offered everything she needed, she would create one that did.
