At Black Farmers Index, we are driven by a deep commitment to support Black growers by amplifying their ventures and providing them with resources to diversify and make agribusiness more equitable. 

We offer the largest, free directory of U.S. based Black growers, beekeepers, foragers, composters and fisher folk. Our programs and events bring farmers together and provide real opportunities for their enterprises to flourish. Through our work, we are strengthening global food systems, prioritizing the work and farmers, and feeding communities with nourishing, healthy foods.

We are not affiliated with any specific organization, but simply aim to provide a valuable resource to support Black farmers and their efforts.
